We are using the VMWare Recovery mode to roll back.
Current ESXI version is 5.5 update 2
To launch the recovery mode press SHIFT+R
Current and previous hypervisor versions are displayed. Press Y to initiate the roll back.
Roll back started.
Finally it reverted back to the ESXi 5.5 Update 1.
